Hunter Belle Cheese Room is founded by us - a husband and wife team, dairy farmers turned cheesemakers.
Located in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley, next to DeIuliis Wines, is a Cheese Deli, Bar and Gourmet Produce & Gift Store all in one - a social space for people to enjoy quality wine and craft beer matched with artisan cheese and fine food (not to mention our decadent fudge and gelato).

"With the amount of cheese shops around picking the right one can be tricky so I can definitely recommend the Hunter Belle Cheese Room. These cheeses are made right here in the Hunter with milk produced by Swiss Brown cows owned by the cheese makers themselves.

The Cheese
When we say family business, we mean it! The next generations of Chesworths Annie and Jason head the team producing our dairy range in our factory in Scone NSW. The milk comes from a local family milking Brown Swiss Cows which is excellent for cheese production, allowing us to make our beautiful artisan products with bold flavour and creamy consistency.
Our huge range includes creamy bries, flavoursome fetas, bold cheddars as well as butter, milk and yoghurt. Our range has won us many awards, most recently Ash Triple Cream Brie won the top Cam/Brie at the Australian DIAA awards taking home the trophy!

Our licenced Cafe invites you to enjoy our casual lunch menu, featuring cheese platters and fresh baguettes while you enjoy the local scenery, quality wines, and celebrate our beautiful handmade cheese.
Sit back and relax with a boutique beer, locally roasted gourmet coffee or creamy milkshake (with our very own Brown Swiss Cows milk); and top off your visit with a scoop of our creamy gelato, made in-house, or try some of our famous creamy fudge.
